James Steele and New Stuff
My good friend and one of our team riders James Steele (Kink) has been putting in work lately. He recently had a few great clips in Kink's new video, Safety First, and just put together a great new web vid that was filmed and edited by another friend of mine, Craig Jewell. If you look to your right you'll notice the video player, press play and watch James in action. I've also put together some photos from the trip that James and I went on down to Rochester for the Safety First premiere and the Red Bull Trick or Treat Jam. Check them out here. We also have received a ton of new stuff which will be making its way to the site shortly, keep an eye on it. Also, expect to see a European Spot Tour with Chris Silva soon. Chris sent me some photos from his trip and I'm putting together a bit of a piece on that, so watch out for that, too.

Props Issue 70
Just received the newest issue of Props and it is seriously pretty solid from start to finish. Issue 70 includes coverage of: Brawlin' at the Belmar, Red Bull Empire of Dirt, Metro Jam, Brian Kachinsky profile, Metal Bikes road trip, Miles Rogoish bio, and a Day in the Life of Big Daddy. This thing is worth it just to watch Big Daddy do what he does, some of the most hilarious stuff I've seen in a while. Get it!

Silva in Europe
A couple of weeks ago, Silva called me up and said that he was going to come by the warehouse to pick up some stuff because he and our friend Jamie Burke were going off to Europe for a bit of an adventure. Fast forward to today and, thanks to the Internet, Silva hit me up on a chat to let me know how they were doing. Chris and Jamie actually planned their trip to be in London, England at the same time as some of the guys from the Ottawa scene (Chris Chitaroni, Jorden Guth, Kyle Lafluer). They got a chance to do a bunch of riding at some pretty great spots and had a ton of fun. The next stop for Chris and Jamie is France followed by Barcelona before they make it back to Canada at the end of the month. Silva also let me know that he hasn't shaved yet and has a 'pretty epic beard right now.' Click here for a photo of Silva getting down on some UK turf. Photos taken from Landozine, shot by Chris Chitaroni.

Long Overdue Updates
So a lot of things have gone down since the last update. The Metro Amateur Qualifiers went down successfully at all of the stops; the first annual Kingston Bike Festival went off and was full of some wild action; ExpoCycle 2008 in Montreal came and went; and tons of riding was done all over the place. So now that things have started to relax a bit, it's time for some updates! New products will be online and updated soon enough as there are a lot of exciting things on their way into the country as well as some team updates. If you wondering what the picture of James has to do with anything, he has a new pic up on the Kink site and has been filming a ton for their new team video, Safety First, which will be premiering on October 25th in Rochester. James and I will be in attendance and so should everyone else. Check out some of the unused footage here with some bangers from James. James also just got hooked up with some help from the crew at Time Bomb for some fresh kicks. Keep watching for all of the new changes and updates!

Sam Lowe is Wild
As I said in the last post, Sam Lowe (WTP) was down in Cali with Osato riding and filming. Sam has also been sitting on some other footage from this past summer and has put together probably one of the manliest videos I've seen in a while. Head over to the WeThePeople site and check it out. Just as a note, this video will probably kick your ass due to the sheer degree of manliness. Alienation stuff is now in at both warehouses. Photos of everything will soon be online for everyone to check out as well.
